Meet Jim Cullen…

My clients benefit from my complementary skills in leadership, consulting, assessment and facilitation developed over many years in business, senior-level roles in the field of human resources and alternative dispute resolution. 

During my career, I’ve worked in the public, manufacturing, technology, financial services, consumer products and non-profit sectors. As a Virginia Supreme Court certified and practicing mediator, I offer a safe and neutral setting where individuals or multiple parties can discuss their differences, arrive at a mutually acceptable resolution and move forward with their lives.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Industrial/Labor Relations from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York, and a Master of Science Administration in Business & Organizational Behavior from Western Connecticut State University in Danbury, CT.

I’ve completed more than 250 hours of mediation training with the American Arbitration Association, the FairField Center and CMG Foundation in Richmond, Virginia where I spent several years as a practicing mediator, trainer and mentor. I’ve also been an adjunct professor in human resources management and business ethics at Post University in Waterbury, Connecticut, as well as a guest speaker for the University of Richmond’s graduate human resources program.
